We are passionate about reaching those who feel far from God. Restore Church creates space for people to encounter Jesus, experience grace, and find new life.
Restoration is at the heart of the gospel, and we believe no one is beyond God’s love.
Restore Church is a community of house churches, following the example of the early church (Acts 2:42-47). We gather in homes to share meals, pray, study the Bible, and enjoy genuine fellowship—building meaningful relationships as we grow together in Christ. We also come together on Sundays to worship God, sing, pray, and hear teaching from the Bible (Acts 2:46; 5:42), continuing the early church’s tradition of gathering to encourage one another and celebrate the good news of Jesus.
Our Sunday Gatherings are simple and inviting, featuring songs that help us remember God’s greatness, time to reflect on Scripture, verse-by-verse teaching through a book of the Bible, and communion to remember Jesus’ sacrifice.
We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.Â
We believe the Bible is God's word - a gift that helps us truly come to know God. Our Sunday Gatherings give us a chance to hear and understand the Bible. Being in a house church provides an environment where we can live it out.
We believe following Jesus should be simple, even if it's difficult. Our Sunday Gatherings are simple by design to keep the focus on God. Minimizing church programs and staff frees up resources to love and serve those around us. Simplicity for the sake of generosity.
God gave everything for us. We want to be radically generous in response. We are committed to giving more and more over the next five years until we are giving more than 50% of our budget to share God's love with the world, starting here in Hillsboro.
Jesus said that the world will know we are his disciples by the way we love one another, live in unity, and joyfully follow his teachings. We can't do any of these things alone! Our house churches are organized geographically to promote diversity - like a family.

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the words of Scripture. His message is powerful and lasting—our standard for living.
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world.
We believe that all people were created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him but became alienated from that relationship by sin. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts.
We believe the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who confess their belief in Jesus Christ and accept His grace through baptism.
We believe Christians should focus on living for God, loving each other, and lighting the world. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer will mature and be conformed to the image of Christ, serving under His example.
We believe the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who trust by faith in Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and making Him known to the lost world.
We believe worship should be in spirit and truth. Worship is directed to God in adoration of Him as a direct response from a heart of gratitude. Our worship is simple and our singing is acapella. Our individual lives express our daily worship.
